Atelier Maharanibagh (MBAGH) is on New York Fashion Week

I’m still letting that sentence land.

Two years ago, I was coming out of Google and carrying a kind of loss I didn’t know how to name. When a big chapter ends, it can take your identity with it for a minute.

I remember wondering, who am I without that title, that world, that structure? And then I started building. Quietly. From scratch. One piece at a time. One decision at a time. One late night at a time. So this moment feels like a small dream coming true.

We were part of Veejay Floresca’s show at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad and our pieces were worn on her runway, on her models, in that room.

To be seen like that, to be trusted like that, is a blessing I’m holding with both hands. @veejayfloresca Veejay, thank you for choosing us and trusting our jewels in your world. @wendywoffington Wendy, thank you for making this moment happen. Truly.

And to the people who didn’t stand behind us, and to the many who did, you know who you are. Thank you. I am deeply grateful for you. Your belief mattered more than you’ll ever know.
