Neha Kris has always understood the power of presence.
Growing up surrounded by the rich heritage of India, she learned early that true style is a language of its own — one spoken fluently by her father, a man of impeccable taste whose spirit animal, the dragonfly, now serves as the guiding crest of MBAGH.
He traveled the world with her, and in doing so, showed her that beauty and freedom are the same thing.
For sixteen years, Neha built a formidable career in the corporate world, leading teams at global technology companies including Google, Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft.
She traveled constantly, moving between boardrooms, international flights, and evening events across multiple continents. It was during these years that she recognized a gap no one had properly filled: the modern, global woman needed jewelry that delivered the visual impact of high design, but was crafted to travel anywhere and worn without worry.
Leaving the corporate world behind, Neha founded MBAGH to solve that problem — and to build the brand she had always wanted to wear.For Neha, MBAGH is more than a jewelry line. It is a philosophy of living boldly. It is for the woman who knows exactly who she is and dresses for the life she is building.

Welcome to MBAGH by Atelier Maharanibagh.
The idea for MBAGH was born from a very specific, modern desire. We wanted to travel the world, attend galas, and move through our daily lives looking impeccably styled — without the liability of carrying our most valuable heirloom jewelry across borders. We wanted the commanding presence of high design, paired with the freedom of effortless wear.
When we could not find it, we created it.
MBAGH creates travel-ready "Demi Fine" jewelry — pieces crafted in sterling silver, mixed metals, pearls, crystals, and luminous finishes, designed to move beautifully through real life. Every piece in our collection is shaped by a conversation that spans continents. Design sensibilities drawn from around the globe come together in each piece before it reaches our Washington atelier — where it is hand-inspected, carefully finished, and prepared for the woman who will wear it.
In Hindi, Maharanibagh means the enchanted forest. We shortened it to MBAGH to capture the modern, global pulse of our house, but our roots remain deep in the wild. The animals and flora in our designs represent the untamed spirit of the Bagh — a reminder that true style is never entirely predictable.
