Shipping & Fulfillment at MBAGH
Every MBAGH piece is shaped by a global design process — drawing on artisan expertise from around the gloabe— before it is hand-inspected and carefully packed at our Washington atelier for its final journey to you.
Like all things worth having, this takes time.
Current international trade conditions and shifting global logistics continue to affect the movement of goods across borders. As a small-batch house, we do not hold mass inventory. Each piece is individually handled and prepared with care, which means the process cannot be rushed.
Current processing and shipping timeline: 8 weeks from date of order.
We appreciate your patience and trust. In the meantime, we are delighted to offer complimentary economy shipping on all domestic US orders during this period.

Order Status & Tracking:
- After you place an order, an email confirmation will be sent.
- Before you have it in your hands, rest assured we have done a thorough quality check personally. The process from start to finish takes around 2 – 6 weeks in total.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirmation and the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders using the tracking number.
- There might be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the shipping/courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
