Where is your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is made in different places - Jaipur, Jodhpur, Mumbai as well as Italy, Belgium and the UK. These cities and parts of the world are historically known for the best jewelry crafts persons in the world for both precious and semi-precious jewelry. What is special about our jewelry is that regardless of the location of where it is made, we prioritize working with women entrepreneurs who are jewelry designers and small businesses.
What is your jewelry made of?
Much of our jewelry is on silver alloy or made up of silver, brass, copper, semi-precious stones and pearls, or a blend of all of these unless otherwise specified in the description. Some products are gold plated. Regardless please note these are not 100 % gold or silver jewelry or pure or precious stones. We believe in fashion that is both accessible and affordable despite many of them easily categorized as heritage pieces.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
- Avoid humidity and moisture. Store in an air-tight box or zip lock pouch.
- Remove when exercising, showering, and swimming. Keep away from perfumes, oils, potions and lotions. Pearls and crystals are fragile and unique – handle with care.
- To avoid scratches, marks and tangles, wrap individually and store separately.
Do international orders include customs and import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final price.
How soon can I get my order?
Most orders reach the shipping address in 3-4 weeks. If you have selected a piece that is made to order or out of stock, delivery may take longer, and we will notify you by following up via email. Orders outside of the US take roughly about 6-8 weeks though we do our best to expedite the shipment. If you are collecting your item in person from our Bellevue, Washington location, please contact us via and we can schedule a time to have you pick it up between Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
Can I exchange or return my order?
Considering we are a small business, we are unable to support returns or exchanges. For any reason if you aren’t happy with your purchase, please email us at and we can discuss any potential next steps.

We accept payments via most US and International credit and debit cards. We also accept Venmo and Paypal. Taxes will be applied to all orders as per local and international laws.
